With more than 25 years experience, my goal is to empower clients by providing strategic ways to gain self-awareness, resolve past trauma, and learn skills to create successful lives. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, infertility, relationship and marital struggles, and personal growth.  In addition to being certified in EMDR,  I am trained in Emotional Focused Therapy, and offer a blend of both in my office practice.

Professional publications include the The Target Time Line in the International Journal of EMDR Practice and Research Winter 2012, and contributing author of Infertility Protocol in EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing: EMDR Scripted Protocols, Volume II.

I am a member of the Central Florida EMDR Strategic Planning Committee.
